Cottage Reservation Policy
 

Check-In is between 2:00pm and 7:00pm – If arriving after 7:00pm arrangements need to be made in advance.  Holiday weekends early check-in may be available after 12:00 noon  

Check-Out is 12:00 noon – Late check-out may be available for an additional fee – arrangements must be made in advance.  

Reservation Confirmation will be issued only after receipt of ½ of the rent is received (due within 5 business days of placing request) balance is due 30 days prior to arrival – please allow 6 business days for the mail – if balance is not received then reservation may be cancelled.  

Security Deposit of $100.00 CASH is required and is due and payable upon arrival, this deposit will be returned after our satisfactory inspection of the cottage.  

Cancellation Policy – No refunds will be made if cancellation request is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.  A credit will be issued if cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival (credit may be used for cottage rental during current year).   Any cancellation request received less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit any payments made.  All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. No early checkout refunds.  

Guests will be required to register in the office before entering the campground and a fee paid as required.  For security reasons we do not allow guests to enter grounds without prior arrangements and permission from office. Violation of this policy may result in expulsion.  

Pets are not permitted for cottage rentals; please leave your pet at home.  

Items to Bring with you when you come are as follows:

Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows – 1 full size bed & 2 single beds), Towels (bath, hand & dish), Toiletries, Food & Beverages, Cleaning Supplies (hand soap, dish soap, etc.). We do not provide maid service.  There are hard floors throughout the cottage for easy cleaning.  

Quiet time is between 11:00pm and 8:00am
