Camping Reservation Policy

 Check-In is between 2:00pm and 7:00pm – If arriving after 7:00pm arrangements need to be made in advance.  Holiday weekends early check-in may be available after 12:00 noon  

Check-Out is 12:00 noon – Late check-out may be available for an additional fee – arrangements must be made in advance.  

Reservation Confirmation will only be made after full payment for site is received – please allow 6 business days for the mail.  

Cancellation Policy – No refunds will be made if cancellation request is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.  A credit will be issued if cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival (credit may be used for camping during current year).  Any cancellation request received less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit any payments made.  

Guests will be required to register in the office before entering the campground and a fee paid as required.  For security reasons we do not allow guests to enter grounds without prior arrangements and permission from office. Violation of this policy may result in expulsion.  

Pets are permitted in our campground if we have a copy of their current rabies/health certificate on file in our office.  All pets must be on a leash or in a pen when not inside camper.  You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet both on and off your site.  Pet waste must be returned to your campsite, it is not permitted to be disposed of in our public areas.  Pets are not allowed in any of our buildings or on the golf course. Excessive noise or unacceptable behavior may result in you being required to remove your pet from our campground.  

Bicycles are permitted on our roads only, speed limits and one way signs must be followed.  When exiting through our gates space is provided so you may bypass gate.  

Children must be on their own campsite by 10pm and are not permitted to play in any building other than the game room.  Please remember that you are in a public place and the behavior of your children should conform to the applicable rules.  

Quiet time is between 11:00pm and 8:00am
